Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. We retain your PayPal subscription ID to manage your plan.

Your content: Files you upload to Memories (photos) and Workspace (documents) are stored on infrastructure you are assigned to. We do not scan, index, or use your content for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) for all connections. Authentication is handled through our self-hosted identity provider with support for two-factor authentication.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or content with third parties. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the safety and security of our users and services.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for a reasonable grace period before deletion. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
